Next Stop… Wellbeing! provides the following services currently and may add more services later at our sole discretion:

  5. Aesthetic Medicine
  6. Osteopathy

Please note that the services advertised and offered through our website does not constitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment or substitute from medical therapists of healthcare providers.

Disclaimer 

  1. Every practitioner working at our clinic is self-employed and independent professional. Both the services they offer you and the information they collect and retain about you are subject to their independent accountability. The site owner has a contract with all these practitioners that they cannot disclose your personal data to any third party without written consent from you. Also, they cannot use your personal data for any unlawful activities.
  2. Details of the practitioners on this website does not imply endorsement or guarantee of their professional qualifications or competencies.
  3. The Clinic takes every care possible to ensure that services descriptions and all other information is correct and accurate at time of publication on the site and does not accept responsibility for errors in content. The site is constantly kept updated however some variations may occur, although not limited to prices, description treatments, designs, promotions/offers/discounts.
    The Clinic and its therapists reserve the right to withdraw/change/increase the prices as well as to withdraw/change/cancel a service/promotions at any time without notice.
    The Clinic will do its best to ensure that the website is available and functions correctly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the website, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.

We do not supervise or control the treatment you are to receive. Any issue arising out of your treatment should be referred to your therapist.

Service/Slot Booking

You can book the service(s) offered through our website by directly contacting the practitioner using their contact details provided on their profile page on our website.

We are open from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8:30pm but this does not guarantee you will find a practitioner at anytime from 8am to 8:30pm. For practitioner’ availability you will need to check directly with your selected one. Some practitioners may in their slot accept walk-ins at their discretion.

As all practitioners at the Clinic are independent therapists you must refer to your selected practitioner for bookings and cancellations and for anything inherent to the service provided.

Service Etiquette

At the Clinic is not offered any sexual service or “sensual massage”. Offensive approach and disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted. Should such a similar circumstance arises practitioners reserve the right to stop the treatment at any time and report to the police whenever necessary.

Some services at the Clinic may be available only for over 18 years old. This must be checked with your selected therapist.

Some practitioner may offer their service to women clients only at their own discretion. Under Section 35 Subsection 2 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 is permissible and legitimate to provide a single-sex service where physical contact is involved (Sex Discrimination Act 1975).

Service Charges

Service charge for different therapy/service is different and may vary depending upon the practitioner you chose to avail service(s) from. You can discuss the price of the service directly with your chosen practitioner/therapist.

Payment Terms

All the payment shall be made directly with your practitioner via different payment options upon successful completion of the service/therapy availed. The payment shall be inclusive of VAT.

Invoice for Insurance

Since each practitioner at Next Stop… Wellbeing! is a certified professional and a member of reputable associations, it is highly possible that they can present you with an invoice so you can reimburse them for your treatments. Simply make the request by speaking with your therapist directly. Please be aware, though, that depending on your particular policy, not all therapies may be covered. It is advised to confirm in advance with your insurance provider prior to scheduling any appointments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All professionals are independent therapists with their own cancellation and refund policy. Select your therapist from the Therapists page on the menu and click on their profile to be redirected to their website and cancellation policy.

In case you are unhappy with the service availed you can share your concern with the concerned therapist/practitioner.

Good Practice Policy
As members of recognised and well-known professional bodies all practitioners working from the Clinic:

  • are bound by their Code of Practice and Ethics
  • strictly follow Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety
  • are always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements
  • comply with the Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures practice is kept up to date
  • are compliant with GDPR data protection

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Serenella Tronci, Robert Matzuzi and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If any independent practitioner working with us discloses your personal information to any third party or uses your personal data for any unlawful activities, he/she will be independently accountable for such a breach and you agree to hold the site owner harmless.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
